RCATS Telemetry systems were utilized in the top three Gold Unlimiteds at the Reno Air Races held on Sept 10-14.

Mike Brown's September Fury utilized a prototype on screen display (OSD) to overlay flight parameters over cockpit video. This system allowed the crew and pilot to correlate flight data with actual positioning of the aircraft.
Several additional parameters were displayed on screen, but have been blacked out due to the proprietary nature of the numbers. These items included engine parameters, horsepower, temperatures, etc.
Congrats to all of the air racers at Reno! We are proud to be assisting these fine aircraft and teams in their race efforts at the races. Our telemetry units are operating in very harsh and challenging environments, standing up to the demands of air racing, no matter what the size of the airplane.
